HTM 4.0 is a 36-hour hybrid hackathon that brings together tech enthusiasts, developers, designers, and innovators to collaborate, learn, and create innovative projects. It's a platform to showcase your skills, network with industry professionals, and explore the latest tech trends.

You can go to portal.hackthemountain.tech and create an account, after creating an account, you have to make or join a team. Your team lead also has to submit their idea. Lastly, you have to join our Discord to receive constant updates.

We go by the Major League Hacking Guidelines and the rules for every Hack The Mountains’ official event, which state that there will be no fee or charge for the attendees to attend our events. The only thing we hope to receive in return is your support, and to be able to help you develop in your career!

The essence of the tech community lies in resources and events for all to learn. We believe in spreading tech culture amongst beginners through our hackathons. Therefore, we’ve kept all of our events open and focused on beginners. We try our best to have a 50% reservation for beginners in our events.

You must receive an email from Hack The Mountains that you are selected to be a part of the grand in-person hackathon event to join us in person. We are extremely sorry but we cannot accept everyone to come to IRL due to logistic constraints. NOTE: You will NOT be let into the venue without the invitation, if you received the invitation, it is unique to you and cannot be shared with anyone else

We cannot allow you to hack virtually at the event, if you are selected you strictly have to come to the hackathon. In case of special circumstances, the decision will be at the discretion of the organizers. Please contact them at hackthemountains@gmail.com for this.

Yes, your team members need to register separately from you. You cannot register on behalf of your team members. Each team member needs to fill out their own registration form and join your team.

No, we cannot allow your parents or family members to stay with you during the hackathon. We will have security personnel to ensure the safety of the participants.

Yes, you can make a team of minimum of 2 Members & maximum of 4 Members in HTM 4.0 . No individual participation is allowed.

Absolutely! HTM 4.0 is open to participants of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced tech enthusiasts. We offer workshops and mentorship to help you learn and grow during the event.

To prepare for HTM 4.0, we recommend familiarizing yourself with event theme and objective. Attend our HTM Qubits workshops, Join our discord server and consider forming a team. HTM Qubits workshops are a great way to enhance your readiness for hackathon.

We are not having any volunteers, but we are having community evangelists which can join our greater HTM team. You can fill in this form: Link

We believe collaboration is important so we require you to have 2 members minimum, no individual participation, you can have a max of 4 members.

No, the organizers will not reimburse the travel expenses of the participants. The hackathon is a community-driven event and the organizers have budget constraints that prevent them from offering travel reimbursements. In case we provide travel reimbursements, we will inform you.

Yes, the organizers will provide food for the participants at the hackathon. The participants will get breakfast, lunch, and dinner for day 1 & Breakfast , Lunch for day 2 of Hackathon

No, it is not permissible for you to bring any of your friends to the hackathon venue. The hackathon is an invite-only event and only the registered participants are allowed to enter.
